KSL is delighted to announce that we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, pledging to support the Armed Forces community and ensure that those who have or are currently serving their country are treated with fairness and respect, and are not put at a disadvantage compared to civilian members of the population. Its other principle is that special consideration should be given to some people, especially the injured and bereaved. Having signed the Covenant, we are also now eligible for the Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award, which is awarded to employers that demonstrate their support for the Armed Forces and encourage others to do the same. At KSL, we are proud to be an armed forces-friendly workplace, and are open to employing various members of the Armed Forces community (and already do), including disabled veterans, cadet instructors, and the families of military personnel.
